The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of financial processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. Compliance & Operational Excellence Manage end-to-end processes including KYC, NACH, Institute, and Lender Verify compliance requirements (PAN, KYC, agreements, mandates) before loan disbursement. Conduct pre-disbursal checks to ensure KYC, payments, NACH mandates, and Ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms, lender policies, and internal SOPs. Identify and escalate discrepancies, or policy deviations. Coordinate with interns/subordinates to ensure smooth execution at the workfront. Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess gaps, identify risks, and resolve operational issues. Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and SOP adherence. Experience: 2–3 years in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or E-commerce operations. Strong knowledge of financial products, KYC norms, loan processing, and NACH/eNACH. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Leadership & organizational abilities with flexibility to work in shifts, Sundays, or holidays.
