Firmwide Business Resiliency QA Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Firmwide Business Resiliency Team (“FBRT”) is within the Office of the CFO and is responsible for the design of the firm’s Resiliency Program, including the requirements for Resiliency Planning, Testing, Reporting and Issue Management. When disruptions occur, these practices support the continued operation of the firm’s businesses, the markets, and our ability to service of our customers’ needs. The FBR group collaborates closely with the firm’s senior leadership, the LOB / Functional Resiliency teams, Risk Management and Audit to ensure that the resiliency program is commensurate with the risk-taking activities of the firm. The team is also responsible for providing corporate governance, awareness and training. The team also ensures that the firm remains in compliance with global laws and regulations as they relate to resiliency risk. Within FBRT, we are building a new Quality Assurance (QA) function, in alignment with the firm’s QA standards and to drive continued improvement in business resiliency across the firm.

FBRT is seeking an Associate to join our team in Mumbai to drive Quality Assurance execution and reporting, and to help build out and scale this new function over time. This role requires a deep understanding of business resiliency, and the ability to independently execute quality assurance, to clearly summarize findings and clearly communicate results, and to subsequently help drive improvements in business resiliency across the firm.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Design and develop the various data management tools to support the reporting, analytics business requirements and initiatives.
- Support the implementation and execution of the business resiliency Quality Assurance program, maintaining compliance with the Quality Assurance standards and best practices and driving consistency in reviews.
- Development of reporting capabilities in support of the quality assurance program, driving use of new solutions and technologies. Tracking and documentation of thematic observations, and identification of key risk trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of experience in a corporate environment preferably in data management and Business Resiliency
- Experience in Resiliency, Business Continuity, Risk, Threat Intelligence, Corporate Security, Crisis Management is a plus, with a strong understanding of business resiliency concepts
- Self-starter with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong, confident, and clear verbal communications skills; comfortable synthesizing and sharing thematic results
- Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization and across time zones
- Intermediate Excel skills; prior experience of VBA, Alteryx and Tableau preferred
- Strong communication (Verbal/Written/Listening/Presentation)
- Team player and collaborative mindset toward partners
- Comfort with ambiguity and change; components of role can be fluid and defined over time as structure of the new QA function and operational resiliency priorities evolve over time
