This role is pivotal in shaping and executing large-scale programs that align with our global business objectives and deliver measurable impact.Core Responsibilities:• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide transformation programs.• Partner with C-level executives to align program goals with business strategy.• Oversee multiple concurrent programs across analytics, AI, and technology platforms.• Ensure delivery excellence through robust program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.• Work closely with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.• Drive change management and adoption across global teams.• Champion the integration of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Gen AI, cloud platforms) into business processes.• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.• Build and mentor a high-performing program management team.• Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.Skills & Competency:Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Deep understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models.Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.Qualification:10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs in analytics, technology, or AI.Experience in a global services or consulting environment (e.g., Accenture, Cognizant, Walmart).Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI/ML frameworks.PMP, Pg MP, or SAFe certifications preferred.
