Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development / Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves generating new leads, setting up meetings with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers, participating in proposal writing, and engaging in RFP processes. You will also be part of strategic initiatives to scale our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Develop strategies to generate new leads through networking, social media, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
2. Client Meetings:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between founders and key decision-makers.
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on outcomes.
- Proposal Writing and RFP Participation:
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
4. Business Forums and Events:
- Participate in business forums and events such as VC Circle, Tech HR, People Matters, etc.
- Network with key stakeholders and promote our services.
5.Strategic Initiatives:
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business.
- Participate in the development and launch of new HR tech products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales development or business development, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
