Requirements
Education :Graduation in any stream
Experience :4 - 5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in performance enhancement of middle quartile, resources through coaching & mentoring.
- Identify training need, ensure training delivery and program management for the field sales force on weekly basis for UJPM & HSO
- Provide on-the-job interventions i.e. Buddy rides, Audits, Coaching.
- Conduct regular cadence with the field teams.
- Ensure readiness for independent field deployment for the new joiners, within 7 days of joining.
- Handhold HSO Trainees for the first three months and ensure, productivity as defined by business.
