Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate at NaviGrit. The role involves tasks such as Talent Sourcing, Screening & Interviewing, Coordination with Department Heads, Candidate Relationship Management and Job Posting & Employer Branding to drive business development initiatives and partnerships.
Qualifications
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to balance academic coursework with full time work responsibilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
