Talent Acquisition Associate || Digiaccel Learning || Work from Office - Gurugram Digiaccel Learning is an education company building a system for business education that is deeper, better and more outcome oriented. This role is for managing the entire recruitment and functional process for a company. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions. Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, employee referrals, and networking events • Conducting phone and in- person interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture • Making job offers and negotiating salary and benefits packages • Updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems and candidate databases • Keeping up to date with recruitment trends and best practices. A talent recruitment professional with 2+ years of recruitment & functional experience is preferred. • Hands on experience on sourcing techniques e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search etc. • Demonstrated skills in business partnering and talent acquisition. Start-up experience is an added advantage. • Digiaccel Learning is a Gurgaon headquartered education company building a system for business education that is deeper, better and more outcome oriented. These will be enabled by industry professionals through online learning courses with a mix of live and pre-recorded modules.
