We pride ourselves on driving leads, conversions, and long-term success for each client’s unique needs. We’re seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote, part-time, commission-based role, ideal for someone who’s driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses grow through effective marketing. Identifying and qualifying potential clients through outreach and networking Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure Following up on inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale Performance Expectations Consistent performance over 3 months will make you eligible for a base pay + commission structure Experience in sales, lead generation, and client management Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and advertising Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity Prior experience in marketing or advertising agencies is a plus Commission-based (no base pay initially) Opportunity for increased commission rates as performance scale Work remotely with flexible hours Represent a fast-growing, creative digital marketing agency
