Job Title: FSM Configurer Location: Remote / Offshore We're looking for an experienced FSM Configurer to manage, configure, and optimise the IFS Field Service Management (FSM) tool. You'll play a key role in aligning the system with business operations, enhancing workflows, and ensuring smooth performance across teams. Configure and maintain IFS Cloud modules - focus on timesheets, job validation, stock, and parts . Align FSM configurations with business processes and service operations. Support users, resolve system issues, and manage small enhancement projects. Ensure data accuracy , system integration (ERP, CRM), and performance monitoring. Oversee testing and QA for new IFS releases and patches. Skills & Experience: Proven experience with IFS FSM / IFS Cloud Strong understanding of field service workflows and integrations.
