Job Title: FSM ConfigurerLocation: Remote / OffshoreAbout the Role:We're looking for an experienced FSM Configurer to manage, configure, and optimise the IFS Field Service Management (FSM) tool. You'll play a key role in aligning the system with business operations, enhancing workflows, and ensuring smooth performance across teams.Key Responsibilities:- Configure and maintain IFS Cloud modules - focus on timesheets, job validation, stock, and parts.- Build quick reports, lobbies, and dashboards to improve usability and insights.- Align FSM configurations with business processes and service operations.- Support users, resolve system issues, and manage small enhancement projects.- Ensure data accuracy, system integration (ERP, CRM), and performance monitoring.- Oversee testing and QA for new IFS releases and patches.- Monitor key interfaces (Business Central, Excelsys, Resident Platform, KTHS).- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.Skills & Experience:- Proven experience with IFS FSM / IFS Cloud- Strong understanding of field service workflows and integrations.- Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and system optimisation.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Apply Now:If you have solid IFS FSM experience and enjoy improving how systems support operations, please apply below
