Job Title: FSM Configurer Location: Remote / Offshore About the Role: We're looking for an experienced FSM Configurer to manage, configure, and optimise the IFS Field Service Management (FSM) tool. You'll play a key role in aligning the system with business operations, enhancing workflows, and ensuring smooth performance across teams. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain IFS Cloud modules - focus on timesheets, job validation, stock, and parts. - Build quick reports, lobbies, and dashboards to improve usability and insights. - Align FSM configurations with business processes and service operations. - Support users, resolve system issues, and manage small enhancement projects. - Ensure data accuracy, system integration (ERP, CRM), and performance monitoring. - Oversee testing and QA for new IFS releases and patches. - Monitor key interfaces (Business Central, Excelsys, Resident Platform, KTHS). - Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Skills & Experience: - Proven experience with IFS FSM / IFS Cloud - Strong understanding of field service workflows and integrations. - Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and system optimisation. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
