THE ROLE This role encompasses two areas: Amazon Seller Central You’re the person who’s in there every day monitoring and reporting key metrics, keeping an eye on account health and sorting out issues with Seller Support. You should be brilliant at this and love it. Customer Care You handle all incoming emails and messages. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor daily Amazon activities, including inventory, sales, and feedback, while addressing any issues that arise. Ensure product listings are active Take charge of solving Amazon cases with Seller Support and maintain account health. Stay updated on Amazon policies to ensure compliance and avoid penalties. Communicate effectively with the marketing team to align on goals and strategies. Provide top-notch customer service by promptly responding to messages and prioritizing quality over quantity. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Attention to detail is very important for this role and we're looking for someone who actually reads the job description carefully, so when we ask what your favorite number is, the answer is 99. Handle other administrative and reporting duties as needed. MUST-HAVES You must be an absolute expert in Amazon Seller Central HIGHLY experienced in dealing with Amazon Seller Support Great with Flat files Brilliant at customer service Full-time availability and commitment to ongoing monitoring of customer inquiries TRAITS YOU NEED Proactively identifies and solves problems Exceptional attention to detail. Agility in learning new concepts and adapting to change. Comfortable working remotely and following guidance from a remote supervisor. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in process enhancement. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and strategic thinking skills.
