High-Performance Amazon Account Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in Amazon Seller Central to drive success for our clients. As a High-Performance Amazon Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, overseeing client milestone progress, and ensuring timely completion of all client tasks.

Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and objectives.
- Milestone Oversight: Monitor and track client progress against milestones, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Task Management: Ensure timely completion of all client tasks, prioritizing and delegating tasks as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on client progress and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central, preferably in a management or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including inventory management, FBA process, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, Helium10, keyword research, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
