Inventaa is a leading brand in LED lighting and electrical products, dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are expanding our online presence and seeking a skilled Amazon & Flipkart Account Manager to drive our e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and optimize Inventaa's product listings on Amazon and Flipkart to maximize visibility and sales.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining target ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) through effective ad strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, ensuring adherence to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, including campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to enhance product imagery, descriptions, and A+ content.
  • Track inventory, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure products are always in stock.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints to maintain a high rating and positive brand image.
  • Research competitors and trends to stay ahead in the marketplace.
  • Manage returns and process reconciliation for refunds, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Analyze returns data to identify patterns and take corrective actions to minimize future returns.
  • Reconcile payments, deductions, and claims from Amazon and Flipkart to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance and reconciliation reports for management.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and marketplace algorithms.
  • Proficiency in running Sponsored Ads and other PPC campaigns on both platforms.
  • Experience in handling returns and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach to work.
