Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate will be responsible for leading regional real estate operations, driving supply acquisition, strengthening market presence, and ensuring consistent business growth for NoBroker’s real estate vertical. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, market understanding, and the ability to scale teams and processes in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Real Estate Operations & Market ManagementLead and manage end-to-end real estate operations for the assigned region.Identify high-potential micro-markets and design strategies for market penetration.Monitor market intelligence, competition activity, and customer trends.2. Supply Acquisition & Relationship DevelopmentDrive property acquisition by onboarding property owners, developers, and channel partners.Build strong relationships with builders for primary/secondary inventory sourcing.Achieve monthly & quarterly supply, revenue, and activation targets.3. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementManage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, Field Executives, and City Leads.Track productivity, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to SOPs.Drive hiring, training, and retention of regional teams.4. Customer Experience & Quality ControlEnsure high customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and improving service quality.Implement process improvements, reduce operational gaps, and maintain SLAs.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer journey and conversion rates.5. P&L Management & Business StrategyOwn regional P&L and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Track key business metrics such as supply funnel performance, conversions, and revenue.Present weekly/monthly business reviews to senior leadership.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of real estate markets (rental + resale + primary sales).Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in running high-scale operations.Ability to lead large teams and manage multi-city or high-volume operations.Entrepreneurial approach with strong problem-solving ability.Qualification & ExperienceMBA or equivalent preferred.7–12 years of experience in real estate operations, sales, or business development.Prior experience in PropTech or high-growth startups is an added advantage.Why NoBroker?Opportunity to drive high-impact real estate operations at scale.Dynamic and merit-driven work culture.Rapid growth opportunities in India’s leading PropTech platform.
