Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a client service executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for client accounts and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns with creative, media, and production
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to pitch our services
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery of client projects and campaigns
- Attend client meetings and presentations, providing support and insights as needed
- Understand clients' business objectives, products, and target audiences
- Manage budgets and billing for assigned client accounts
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in teams
