Zensciences is looking for experienced Account managers, who have a deep understanding of marketing with proven experience in branding, social media, and digital marketing in Account management. We are looking for people who can manage complex marketing programs with confidence and ease.
As a Marketing Intern focusing on Client Servicing, you will assist the marketing team in managing client relationships and supporting various marketing initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to client needs.
Support the Client Servicing team in maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client insights.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client objectives are met.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Assist with administrative tasks related to client servicing.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
