Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Marketing Intern to join our events team in Bengaluru. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination while contributing to LeadSquared's marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in evaluating and selecting marketing events aligned with company objectives

· Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure event success

· Coordinate with vendors for event logistics, materials, and support

· Participate in end-to-end event execution, from planning to post-event analysis

· Collaborate with designers on creating event-related marketing materials

· Conduct post-event follow-ups and analyze performance metrics

· Support marketing vendor management, including sourcing and con tract negotiations

· Contribute to the optimization of future event initiatives based on data-driven insights

Qualifications:

· Pursuing or recently completed a post - graduate degree

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Good communication and presentation abilities

· Demonstrated capacity for independent work, self-motivation, and initiative

· Event planning and coordination experience (preferred but not required)

Required Skills:

· Effective stakeholder management and communication across all organizational levels

· Basic understanding of event planning and coordination

· Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
