Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
  • Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing techniques to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and stay ahead.
  • Creative Leadership:
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative processes to generate unique marketing ideas.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce engaging and high-quality marketing materials.
  • Team Management:
  • Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects within set deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and tools.
  • Prepare detailed reports to present to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Willingness to Go the Extra Mile:
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to put in extra hours when necessary to meet critical deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Show resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on startups or fast-paced environments.

  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • On ground BTL experience, events, Pop -Ups …..
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
