Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing, an understanding of social media trends, and a strong desire to learn and contribute to our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Social Media:
    • Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
    • Create visually appealing posts, stories, and video content to boost engagement.
    • Monitor and engage with followers, helping build an active online community.
  2. SEO & Website Optimization:
    • Conduct keyword research and assist in on-page SEO optimization.
    • Help optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
    • Track and report on SEO performance.
  3. Email Marketing:
    • Assist in designing and executing email campaigns.
    • Develop email content, including newsletters and promotional emails.
    • Analyze and report on email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
  4. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze website, social media, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools.
    • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
