Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing deep product knowledge, understanding client requirements, and delivering compelling presentations and arranging demonstrations of SAP solutions. The role requires a blend of product knowledge, communication skills, and business acumen with an aggressive sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the SAP products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Client Interaction:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Translate these requirements into tailored solutions with the support of product experts that showcase the value of the company’s offerings.
Designing solutions: Designing solutions that meet the technical and business needs of clients.
Conducting demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations or POC if required to showcase how the proposed solution will work with the support of respective solution experts.
Represent valantic:
Understand the genetics of valantic, its driving values, differentiators, represent us with enthusiasm compelling customer to have longer engagements with customer.Aligning and supporting Global Competence centre in the presales activities.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create detailed proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and cost estimates. Ensure proposals align with client expectations. Collaboration :
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and solution implementation, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and solution delivery. Training the sales team on the capabilities of SAP
Market & Competitor Analysis :
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to better position the company’s solutions in the market. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in a presales, sales, or technical consulting role related to SAP.
Product Knowledge:
Good understanding of the company’s products and the ability to explain high-level technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client requirements by asking effective and relevant questions.
Presentation Skills:
Proven experience in delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
Customer-Centric Approach:
A strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
Lead generation campaigns via social media and phone:
Run effective lead generation mail or presales campaigns via Linkedin, Amplemarket, and Hubspot and follow the plan until conversion.
Tool experience: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Amplemarket, Linkedin sales navigator, Hubspot, GotoWebinar.
Partnership with SAP: Collaborate and regularly connect with SAP Account Executives for an effective partnership.
