Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Presales Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support presales operational activities , such as reporting and analytics, while showcasing the potential to evolve into a strategic presales role.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and contribute to client proposals and presentations in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Handle operational tasks , including managing reports and analytics, to ensure smooth presales processes.
Utilize Excel and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
Research and analyze market trends to align client solutions with emerging opportunities.
Assist in creating business cases, ROI analyses , and other client proposal documents.
Stay updated on industry trends , emerging technologies , and competitor offerings to provide strategic inputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years in a presales or similar client-facing role .
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel , and strong reporting skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive and adaptable team player with problem-solving abilities.
Desirable: Basic understanding of technical concepts , software, or IT services.
