Work Type: Onsite - 5 days from Office Shift Type - Night Shift Education: Bachelor's Degree Prior experience and proven expertise recruiting for various departments (Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, Practice, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance & Operations roles) ~5+ years of strong proven recruitment background. ~5+ years of Corporate Talent Acquisition experience. ~5+ Talent Sourcing, Acquisition & Management background. ~5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience (requirement clarification & understanding, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer closing and onboarding) ~5+ years of strong expertise in following recruitment process and documentation. ~ End to End Recruiting life cycle experience. ~ Experience working with ATS. ~ LinkedIn and Job Board experience. ~ Strong experience with sourcing using various techniques but not limited to Boolean search strings. ~
