About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with a strong background in
headhunting, talent mapping, and end-to-end recruitment
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in leveraging
LinkedIn Recruiter
and
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
to identify, engage, and hire top talent efficiently. This role requires someone who can drive strategic hiring initiatives while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from
    sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
    .
  • Build and execute
    targeted headhunting strategies
    to attract passive and high-caliber candidates.
  • Leverage
    LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
    for talent research, pipeline building, and outreach.
  • Maintain and optimize
    ATS workflows
    to ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective
    hiring strategies
    .
  • Conduct
    competency-based interviews and assessments
    to ensure quality hires.
  • Stay updated on
    market trends and talent landscapes
    to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Drive initiatives for
    employer branding and candidate engagement
    .

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 8+ years of
    talent acquisition experience
    with a focus on
    headhunting and niche role hiring
    .
  • Expertise in
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    and hands-on experience with
    ATS systems
    .
  • Proven ability to source and engage
    passive candidates
    across industries.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, dynamic environment
    with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of
    market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping
    .
