We are #hiring for a leading NGO Planning Develop detailed fundraising plans with targets and timelines for both new and existing donors. Conduct research to build and maintain a database of potential corporate, including analysis of companies’ CSR initiatives, net profits, and philanthropic priorities. Plan and implement corporate and institutional fundraising expansion in multiple cities across South India. Implementation Develop presentations, proposals, and customized collaterals for prospective partners/donors. Negotiate and manage financials, timelines, and donations with donors. Ensure all fundraising targets are achieved, and proper documentation, applications, and receipts are maintained as per MoUs. Generate funds through corporate events, payroll giving, workplace initiatives, and cause-related marketing partnerships. Relationship Management Coordinate with internal teams (programmes, operations, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure donors’ requirements are met. Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Desirable: MBA with specialization in institutional marketing. Experience: ~10+ years of experience in corporate and institutional fundraising, with a proven track record of securing at least ₹10 Crores annually. Knowledge of the Indian corporate sector and CSR landscape. Experience with CRM implementation and donor management systems. Ability to write compelling proposals and fundraising documents. Proficiency in leveraging technology for online fundraising and digital campaigns. Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management.
