Anyway, enough about us - if this seems like your ideal place to work - don't wait any longer, we want to hear from you soonLocation: Bangalore Experience: 3-4years Responsibilities: This role is marketing operations role and requires deep execution skills, vendor management and understanding the costs of operations thoroughly. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and activities across various offline channels eg General Trade and Exclusive stores. Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions to increase footfall and sales. Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely and smooth execution of marketing activities. Monitor and manage the spends and procuring material at best prices. Conduct market research to understand target audience and understand market trends and competitors. Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the apparel industry - Preferably in the general trade Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Positive attitude and a passion for marketing. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
