The Entreprenour In Residence will act as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Co - founder, functioning as both a strategic advisor and an operational leader. This role requires exceptional judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to execute high-priority initiatives across functions. You will be deeply embedded in the business, driving cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and enabling the founder to focus on high-impact strategic priorities.Job Title: Entreprenour In ResidenceLocation: HyderabadExperience - 6 MonthsJob Role -Strategic Support & Advisory - Serve as a trusted partner to the founder, helping to prioritize strategic initiatives and decisions. Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and scenario planning to inform critical business decisions. Develop frameworks, dashboards, and reports to track business performance, market trends, and competitor activity.Operational Excellence & Project Management - Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and implement process improvements to increase productivity.Problem SolvingSpot inefficiencies and turn chaos into systems. Run experiments, create frameworks, and document learnings,. Think beyond “how things are done” to “how they can be done better”Cross-Functional ExecutionWork across functions — from operations and growth to product and partnershipsIdentify gaps, propose solutions, and drive high-leverage projects to closureSupport the founder in decision-making with structured research, insights, and reportingOwnership & ExecutionTake ownership of critical tasks and initiatives end-to-endCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveryAct as a cross-functional glue between marketing, sales, ops, and tech teamsDay-to-Day AgilityOne day you might be running customer calls, the next—building dashboards or launching a new initiative, Be comfortable juggling multiple roles - strategist, operator, researcher, analyst, and moreEducation & Experience:Experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, operations, or in a high-growth start-ups.Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.Core Competencies:Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Strong organizational and project management capabilities.Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.Strategic mindset with operational rigor; able to think big while driving execution.High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.If your experience and passion aligns with the mentioned role.
