We are looking for someone who can :
Celebrity and PR Agency Coordination :
Reach out to PR agencies and secure celebrity guests for podcasts and events.
Build partnerships with influencers and thought leaders to expand Girls Buzz’s reach.
Strategic Collaborations :
Forge partnerships with like-minded brands and organizations to elevate the brand’s visibility.
Develop and execute campaigns and collaborations with celebrities and brands aligned with women’s empowerment.
Events and Media Relations :
Plan and execute events that establish Girls Buzz as a leading voice for women’s empowerment.
Ensure maximum media coverage by maintaining strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.
Community and Grassroots Work :
Collaborate with local NGOs and grassroots organizations to make a tangible impact in communities.
Develop initiatives that empower women at the local level, ensuring Girls Buzz is part of meaningful drives and projects.
Revenue Generation :
Generate revenue streams through affiliate partnerships with women entrepreneurs, local businesses, and brands.
Identify sponsorship opportunities and corporate partnerships for empowerment initiatives.
Workshops and Content Creation :
Organize skill development workshops and training sessions for women in areas like financial independence, career building, and entrepreneurship.
Collaborate with creators to develop content around women’s health, career growth, education, and empowerment stories.
Global and Educational Partnerships :
Build collaborations with educational institutions to run gender-sensitivity campaigns and promote career opportunities.
Represent Girls Buzz at global forums and advocate for women-centric policies.
Recognition and Awards :
Launch initiatives to honor women changemakers and establish Girls Buzz as a leader in recognizing women’s achievements.
What You Bring :
Experience in public relations, partnerships, or event management.
A strong network in the media, NGO, or corporate space.
A passion for women’s empowerment and the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful results.
