Job Title: Associate Account Director
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Brief:
The Associate Account Director is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing strategic account planning, and driving business growth. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and delivering outstanding client service. The Associate Account Director will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop and implement marketing and business strategies that align with company goals.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Should be adept with creating and executing comprehensive media strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
Should be updated on the latest media trends and best practices to optimize brand's presence on different platforms.
Work closely with other internal teams and ensure a strong freelance network to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Collaboration:
Establish and maintain efficient working relations with all internal & external key stakeholders
Identify and recommend process improvements and initiatives
Facilitate resolution of any issues by working closely with cross-functional teams
Operational:
Work with the internal team to plan, execute and manage deliveries for brands and enterprises across industries
Ensure timely delivery of projects that match/exceed set quality standards
Expertise in project management and ability to set and integrate new SOPs and training on tools to be used during all steps of managing the projects.
Financial Management:
Be responsible for ensuring timely & correct invoicing based on agreed milestones & client preference
Maximize PO utilization by working closely with clients, partners & vendors.
Monitor and manage scope changes to close the loop with respective clients.
Meet all monthly targets and KPIs, and contributing to the growth of business.
Client Partnership:
Build strong client relationships; working closely with new and existing clients to identify their pain points and future needs
Work with both clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate their projects from inception, driving & owning projects within specified quality, time, and pricing specifications
Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and budgeting
End to end ownership of client delight and operational efficiency
Drive and own PO utilization and organic growth of existing clients
Ability to coordinate and implement successful projects from start to finish
Set and implement systems and processes for process improvements & operational efficiency
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and proactive approach.
● Ability to thrive in diverse and remote team environments.
● Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.
● Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
● Previous experience in management and/or leadership roles is advantageous.
● Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
● Skilled in networking and communication across diverse sectors.
