Job Title: Field Sales Executive – IELTS/PTE SoftwareFreshers can also apply for the same.Location: Chandigarh & Nearby AreaIndustry: EdTech / IELTS-PTE Software SalesJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our IELTS/PTE preparation software to coaching institutes across Chandigarh and surrounding regions. The role involves B2B sales, institute visits, product presentations, and detailed CRM lead management for every meeting and follow-up.Key Responsibilities:1. B2B Client Acquisition & Territory CoverageVisit IELTS/PTE coaching institutes across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, and nearby areas.Identify and target potential institutes for software sales.Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market insights.2. Product Demo & PresentationConduct in-person software demonstrations for institute owners, counselors, and decision-makers.Present software features, modules, and benefits clearly and professionally.Customize demos based on institute needs and address all queries.3. CRM Lead Management & ReportingUpdate CRM for every visit/meeting , including:Lead detailsMeeting notesStatus of the meetingFollow-up dateExpected closure timelineTrack lead progress from generation to closure using CRM.Maintain daily and weekly visit reports and sales updates.4. Sales Conversion & Relationship BuildingConvert qualified leads into paying clients through structured follow-ups and negotiation.Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutes for renewals and upselling.Provide timely support and coordination for onboarding new clients.5. Internal CoordinationWork with product and support teams for demo assistance and client onboarding.Share feedback from field visits to enhance product features and customer experience.Skills & Qualifications:0–3 years of field sales experience , preferably in EdTech, SaaS, software, or B2B service sales.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage leads professionally through CRM.Good negotiation and closing skills.Strong knowledge of local geography (Chandigarh Tricity and nearby areas).Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable traveling.Key Competencies:B2B Corporate SalesField Sales & Territory ManagementCRM Lead ManagementProduct DemonstrationNegotiation & ClosingClient Relationship ManagementSalary & Benefits:18K - 20K + 5% Incentive of Fresh SalesTravel & mobile allowanceTraining support and product onboardingCareer growth opportunities in EdTech sales
