Sales and Marketing Executive

Space 5 (& its associated companies) are looking for a competent and experienced Sales and Marketing Executives for **Amritsar & Chandigarh** locations. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and also for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services, Space 5 is amongst India’s top 25 Architects. We are the highest rated architecture firm in the Punjab state as well.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Preparing marketing and sales strategies
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
- Answering client’s questions in a professional manner
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
**Qualification & Employment requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Positive attitude, energetic and quick
