Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Agency Coordination:
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to plan and execute marketing activities. As well as create digital assets for the brands.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Sales and Marketing Initiatives:
- Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive product sales.
- Analyze sales data to inform future marketing strategies.
- Manage brand performance metrics and present reports.
Email and Newsletter Campaigns:
- Design and distribute engaging newsletters and email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
- Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted messaging.
Market Research and Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Product Development Participation:
- Collaborate with the product development team by providing market insights and customer feedback.
- Assist in the ideation and launch of new products.
Customer Account Management:
- Manage customer accounts, providing sales and shipment updates.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling marketing content.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Analytical Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional time management and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Other Requirements:
- Availability to work during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
- Reliable internet connection, computer and suitable remote working environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English.
