Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Agency Coordination:

  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to plan and execute marketing activities. As well as create digital assets for the brands.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and objectives.

Sales and Marketing Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive product sales.
  • Analyze sales data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Manage brand performance metrics and present reports. 

Email and Newsletter Campaigns:

  • Design and distribute engaging newsletters and email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
  • Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted messaging.

Market Research and Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Product Development Participation:

  • Collaborate with the product development team by providing market insights and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the ideation and launch of new products.

Customer Account Management:

  • Manage customer accounts, providing sales and shipment updates.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales coordination, or administrative support roles.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Exceptional time management and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer and suitable remote working environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English.
