This is a full-time role for a Closing Commercial Sales at Kohinoor Group, Pune located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following activities:
Role & responsibilities:
Strong interpersonal communication
Preferably looking for a candidate having experience in closing
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Commercial Sales- Showroom & Office Spaces
Knowledge of West micro-markets.
Preferred candidate profile
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
Good in closing and sourcing
Good market knowledge
Aware of market knowledge
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Qualifications:
Post Graduate preferred with Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial sales experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate commercial Closing function.
Extrovert personality and passionate about the field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
Self motivated and goal oriented
