Job Title: Export Sales Executive – International Sales & Marketing (Metal Industry Preferred)
Location: Mumbai, India
SALARY: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (In-hand) + Incentives + Yearly Bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, lead generation, and client relationship management—preferably within the metal products industry .
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations as requested by clients.
- Conduct follow-ups via email and calls for sales with both new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Address and resolve client issues and queries promptly.
- Coordinate with directors for final purchase receipts.
- Gather client feedback regarding product quality and delivery.
- Provide after-sales service to existing clients.
- Research potential clients, including background checks.
- Send client satisfaction letters after order completion.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Register the company with government and multinational organizations.
- Obtain vendor codes from clients.
- Manage customer relationships effectively.
- Follow up with old clients for new business opportunities.
- Continuously search for and connect with new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of international sales and trade practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet client requirements and resolve issues.
- Proficient in follow-ups, lead tracking, and CRM usage.
- Relevant degree or diploma (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing.
- Prior experience in the metal industry is an added advantage.
