Quality assurance director

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement testing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee automation initiatives and ensure seamless integration of quality practices across the SDLC.
- Analyze quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and adherence to industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proven track record in leading and managing large teams of engineers.
- Expertise in testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and Test NG.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
