Job Overview- Scope

We are looking out for an individual who can collaborate closely with business and project stakeholders on a wide variety of executive presentations put across for internal and external team members.


We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, and taking talent initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination, PowerPoint, and MS Excel skills.


Roles And Responsibilities: -


  • Provide extensive support to the C-Suite Executives in a broad spectrum of capacities and activities.
  • Assist C- Suite Executive in steering key organization projects, develop advanced strategies; generate & scrutinize information with data analytics tools.
  • Prepare Word, Excel PowerPoint, presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, manage expense and travel itineraries
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as sports tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work on a flexible model to coordinate calendars with colleagues and clients located in other countries.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress
  • Take talent initiatives to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders


Qualification/ Experience

  • MBA Degree
  • Excellent analytical skills and PPT Skills
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’
  • Comfortable with juggling facts, figures, and numbers through Excel
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
