Associate Manager- Commercial Analytics We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering cutting-edge omnichannel commercialization solutions for leading global pharmaceutical clients. This role involves developing innovative analytics strategies to optimize commercial performance across the product lifecycle. You will manage client relationships, guide project execution, and mentor a team of analysts while contributing to business growth and strategic direction. Project Delivery • Lead analytics engagements in areas such as segmentation, targeting, market mix modeling, promotion response, and digital analytics. • Monitor brand forecasts, proactively identify deviations, and drive strategic forecasting discussions. • Present insights and recommendations using compelling storytelling and data visualization. Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on commercial analytics topics. • Team Leadership & Project Management • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional growth and high performance. • Oversee project execution from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science). • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred. • Candidates with degrees in pharma domains and analytics experience are equally considered. Experience • 8+ years in commercial analytics, with 5+ years in pharma/life sciences consulting. • Strong leadership and people management capabilities. • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, R, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. • Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., prescriber-plan, patient-level, claims, Rx, EMR/EHR, diagnostics). • Hands-on experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
