We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving defined revenue targets. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.
Drive sales of luxury real estate projects.
Generate new leads through calls, follow up on inquiries.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (mandatory).
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience are welcome to apply (real estate sales experience preferred).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (LeadSquared/Zoho) is an advantage.
