We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager to support our growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations. Support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies

· Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors

· Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies

· Requirements: · 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing

· Good understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

· Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred
