As a key member of our commercial real estate team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales and leasing initiatives.
We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Real Estate Development Associate to support our dynamic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, who can effectively navigate market dynamics, client relationships, and negotiations.
- Support the development and implementation of sales and leasing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and investors to facilitate successful lease agreements and sales transactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with real estate policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred
