We are seeking a highly skilled  Lead Machine Learning Engineer /  Lead Data Science Engineer to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and data-driven solutions. In this leadership role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, mentor junior engineers, and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models—from data collection and preprocessing to deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models for various business applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee model validation, testing, and continuous improvement, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, applying new techniques to solve complex problems.
  • Manage and streamline data pipelines, ensuring efficient processing and model integration.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, data analysis, and algorithm development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor and manage teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
