Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and deploying machine learning models into production, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and integrated seamlessly within our infrastructure. This role requires a strong foundation in both machine learning algorithms and software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Implementation & Deployment:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to production environments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into scalable, efficient, and robust systems.
  • Model Optimization & Scaling:
  • Optimize the performance of machine learning models, focusing on accuracy, latency, and computational efficiency.
  • Develop scalable solutions to handle large datasets and high-throughput requests.
  • Data Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines to feed data into machine learning models.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across various stages of the data lifecycle.
  • Infrastructure & Integration:
  • Work closely with DevOps to manage and monitor model deployments and infrastructure.
  • Integrate machine learning solutions with existing systems and APIs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Stay current with the latest developments in machine learning and AI technologies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing models and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and lifecycle.
