Role DescriptionThis is a contract-based remote Junior Recruiter role. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates for a variety of roles. Daily tasks include posting job ads, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers with their recruitment needs. The individual will also play a key role in updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.QualificationsRecruitment and Talent Acquisition, including experience with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidatesCommunication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managersFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsOrganizational Skills to manage multiple roles, track progress, and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of recruitment best practices and current market trendsAbility to work independently in a remote settingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferredExperience in contract-based recruitment is a plus
