About the Role As a Pre-Sales Executive at Go Seen, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and growth efforts by focusing on lead generation, client outreach, and data management. You will be actively involved in researching new business opportunities and ensuring that our outreach strategies are optimized for success. Additionally, you will provide vital support to the sales team in nurturing leads and building a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, and email outreach. Data Management: Maintain and update a database of prospective clients, ensuring accurate information is captured. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify opportunities. Outreach: Plan and execute outreach strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and follow-ups to engage prospects. CRM Management: Ensure all data in the CRM is up-to-date and track lead status to ensure timely follow-up. Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales materials. Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and performance metrics. Skills and Qualifications: Strong interest in pre-sales, lead generation, and sales support. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Linked In and Instagram. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset. Basic understanding of CRM tools (mandatory). Prior experience in pre-sales or a related role is a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience with sales or lead generation in a digital marketing agency or Saa S is a plus.
