Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Industry: PEB (Pre-Engineered Building)

Location: New Delhi

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the PEB industry.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our PEB solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, trade shows, and industry events.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the PEB industry or related construction field.
- Strong understanding of PEB products and services, along with the ability to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
