Your Role
As part of the Growth team, you will own all key goals with respect to the cohort (First time buyers/ Early Life cycle buyers/ Lapsed buyers) - Growth (orders), Retention, Conversion, Profitability etc. This is an end to end CLM role where the expectation is to look at all various levers to fasten graduation, improve retention & drive more orders sustainably from the said cohort.
KRAs -
Responsible for delivering Orders & Profitability mandate for the cohort
Work closely with stakeholders - Product, tech, CRM etc to shape best possible consumer experience for the cohort
Develop & nurture incrementality & incentivisation framework by slicing & dicing cohort into micro cohorts
These are complex problems that require flexibility in thought, ability to influence key decision makers, analytical ability and bias for action. Someone with a knack for diverse problem solving, structure and decision making would excel at this role.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree from a Tier 1 institution; MBA is optional
Demonstrated experience in CLM/Growth/Retention roles & problem solving at scale
Comfortable & hands on with Data - Excel/SQL/(Python would be a plus)
Able to work with and influence peers and leaders in a fast-paced, team environment
Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Sound analytical ability and customer centricity
