Location: Bengaluru/Mumbai
Position: Associate Director-Marketing (New user funnels growth-RummyCircle)
Summary: Associate Director (New User Funnel Growth) position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth in the conversion funnel of RummyCircle app across different regions of India. This role involves a deep understanding of the marketing funnel metrics, identifying customer pain points and a zeal towards finding creative solutions to improve customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Own regional funnel metric targets and develop strategies to optimize funnel performance (Click to Install, Install to Lead, Lead to Conversion, etc.) and increase LTV.
Define messaging and offers tailored to specific audiences and segments that addresses the growth needs of the different regions.
Work closely with product and performance marketing teams to optimize the top of the funnel. Undertake consumer research to identify user needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth
Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
Undertake initiatives to increase conversions organically and through referrals
Job Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience with premium B School background with proven learning agility
Top of the line digital marketing leader with relevant top-of-the-funnel experience in scaling up digital companies ( E-Commerce /Consulting / Gaming / Tech Start-Ups etc ) and ability to build out ideas & growth marketing to accelerate business.
Ability to lead a team and work with diverse, matrixed stakeholders
Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution, and CLM tools (e.g. Branch, Appsflyer, DCM, Clevertap, etc.)
