As a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to drive the organization’s growth. This position focuses on sourcing and hiring skilled professionals, primarily for engineering and technical roles, while building a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical and engineering roles.
  • Leverage job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies for sourcing.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.

Employer Branding:

  • Build and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, webinars, and industry events.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring needs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate databases.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR teams and department heads to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.

Onboarding & Induction:

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on engineering and technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in recruitment and talent management.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience working in the engineering, IT, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with technical assessment tools and methods.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Note - This is a full-time working from office role. Strictly Not Remote or Hybrid working.
