Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and previously lost customers. Utilize effective communication skills to engage prospects and deliver persuasive pitches. Handle objections, rejections, and disconnections with professionalism and resilience. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Lead Conversion: Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure alignment with offerings. Develop and deliver tailored pitches to convert leads into customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage lead generation tools and campaigns. Lost Customer Re-engagement: Analyze reasons for customer churn and create targeted outreach strategies. Reconnect with lost customers through personalized and effective communication. Present customized solutions and incentives to regain lost business. Transition of Acquired Customers: Ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired or re-engaged customers to the other teams. Provide comprehensive documentation on customer needs, preferences, and specific requirements. Coordinate with the receiving teams to ensure continuity of service and support. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer re-engagement. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and share insights. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Skills: Strong outbound calling skills with proven experience in handling rejections and achieving calling targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and deliver persuasive pitches. Resilience and persistence in managing high call volumes and overcoming challenges. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking calls and managing leads. Ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted outreach strategies. Strong understanding of B2 B sales processes, particularly in dealing with large OEMs, End Customers, and Resellers. Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving results. Professional demeanor and positive attitude, even in the face of rejection. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to customer acquisition. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
